How You Can Help
The success of the Children's Ministry is dependent on parental support. I would like to help in the following areas on a regular or irregular basis (please check all that apply):

Assisting the Christmas Pageant

Providing Snacks

Assisting During Sunday Morning Worship Performances

*Fun Program attendees are encouraged to participate in at least one (of 2) scheduled Sunday morning performances per semester.

FPC Photo Release

By checking this box, I give First Presbyterian Church, Cheraw, SC, permission to use and publish photograph(s) of my child(ren), whether in print or electronic media, taken in conjunction with church activities and events. I agree that First Presbyterian Church may use the photo(s) of my child(ren), without his/her first name, for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, video production, & web content.

Faith Christian Academy Permission

(only for Parents with children attending school at FCA)

By checking this box, I give permission for my child to be released from Faith Christian Academy to attend Fun Program at First Presbyterian Church, Cheraw, SC. I understand that children will only be released to volunteers and/or program staff of First Presbyterian Church who are approved by the Christian Education Committee Team. A copy of this release form will be provided to Faith Christian Academy for their records. I also understand that volunteers and/or program staff will enter the library side of the school and children will be dismissed from the classrooms to be escorted down the hallway out the back door and through the gate to First Presbyterian Church.
